Shake weight or Powerspin?

I, just wondered if anyone had tried either of these, and could recommend one? I have an Argos voucher to use and bingo wings

I ended up getting both, though Mr could do with joining me my arms are burning, have to say I love the powerspin, I actually got it started easier than Mr, boy it burns nearly knocked myself out with the shake weight lol x

i cant do the power spin thing, my OH has to get started for me lol

I found rolling the ball towards me gets it going better than away. I've just done some sat on couch watching Apprentice lol.

Well I woke yesterday and boy could I feel it across my chest/ shoulders arms etc. didn't do it yesterday as I was busy, and though I'd best break myself in before I tear something knowing me
