So on my first week back since restart last week i had a catastrophic week - Im not going to make excuses - I just didnt try hard enough.
I didnt track 100% and i didnt plan ahead, I definatly work better when i plan ahead (no room for bad decisions).
I still lost a lb but im thinking that had something to do with the fact it was my TOTM on my first weigh in and not the fact id actually lost any weight!
My partner is taking me to Paris in NOV and i really want to lose a stone-ish by then. I just dont want to feel like a bloater LOL!
I dont want to look like i do anymore and im fed up with feeling guilty about what i eat going round and round in vicious circles, so here i am in it for the LONG haul, getting to goal once and for all.
Any support really is welcome, i'm a stay at home mum since i was made redundant on MAT leave & all of my friends are skinnie minnies, dont have children and work all the time, i feel like were drifting apart due to lack of common ground and the fact they just dont understand so need all the support i can get! God that sounds really depressing when i read that!
Anyways Day One Diary Below Im currently on 35 Points per day.
Week 2: Day 1
Breakfast:

Aldi Large Wholemeal Pitta (5)
120g Chicken Breast (3)

Dinner:
Tesco Light Choices Beef Lasagne (10)
Salad (0)
3tbsp Extra Light Mayo (1)
2tbsp Aldi Mild Salsa (0)

Chicken Slim a Soup (1)
