Okay my lovelies! Fresh Motivation, Fresh Challenge.
This is where I failed last time. In fact, this is where most people fail. But not this time. I need this diary to keep me accountable - it helped so much through my 20 weeks of Attack/Cruise, and now I have 140 days ahead of me, including a trans-continental relocation to the Ivory Coast and CHRISTMAS!!! So I am gonna need all the help I can get to keep me on the straight and narrow.
So Here it goes. This is Day 1/140
Breakfast: Oatbran galette and a boiled egg
Snack: SF Jelly
Lunch: Turkey breast & boiled egg salad with balsamic vinegar
Dinner: 2 Slices of wholemeal toast with tomato puree, parmesan and turkey sausages on top (bit like a baby, healthy pizza). An apple.
Drinks: Tea, Diet coke, Diet Lemonade, water etc
The plan is PP on Thursdays. Carbs on Fridays (as I usually run Saturday Morning) and Celebration meal over the weekend (probably Saturday nights)
