Ok last week with hormones and all, I've been craving chocolate big time, even so most days I've pretty much stuck to my calorie limit (1400 +exercise cals).. Yesterday I was about 500cals over I think (was a very bad day yesterday ), the day before about 100 over maybe.
Today though I don't feel like eating really. I've had low fat yog + tsp sugar, apple, clementine for breakfast. Had a caramel shortbread for lunch. Then a snack earlier of a tiny apple and rice cake/houmous/cucumber. All in all it's about 650calories ish.
I have been out rollerblading today about 40mins = 400cals ish so I *should* have 1800cals today.
It's dinner time and I'm debating should I have dinner or not? I don't really feel like eating, maybe it's the warm weather, maybe hormones. Mildly hungry.
Do you think I should just 'bank' the calories so I can have little extras later in the week? Or have something like scrambled eggs & toast? Or just have normal dinner (usually about 400cal max)? I know it's probably not good to have just 650cals in a day?
