2 large smoked trout fillets roughly chopped
12oz low fat cottage cheese, sieved
1 level tsp grated horseradish (dont have any so im missing this out!)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Place trout, cottage cheese, horseradish and lemon juice in blender and process till smooth. Season to taste, place in dish and chill for min 2 hrs.
