I'm quite similar - same height anyway! I am a few years older (39) and I am in my 7th week now. Here are my stats so far (I lost 6 lbs in the two weeks before starting which explains the lack of big first week loss):

Week 1: - 4.4 lbs (BMI 31.3) 192.2 lbs Total Loss = 4.4 lbs - 13 st 10.2 lbs here
Week 2: - 3.8 lbs (BMI 30.6) 188.4 lbs Total Loss = 8.2 lbs
Week 3: - 3.4 lbs (BMI 30.1) 185.0 lbs Total Loss = 11.6 lbs
Week 4: - 3.8 lbs (BMI 29.5) 181.2 lbs Total Loss = 15.4 lbs
Week 5: - 2.6 lbs (BMI 29.1) 178.6 lbs Total Loss = 18.0 lbs
Week 6: - 3.6 lbs (BMI 28.5) 175.0 lbs Total Loss = 21.6 lbs
BMI 32: 43.0 ( 18 ), 39.0 ( 20 ), 45.0 ( 18 ) - Size 18/20 - Bra 38F
BMI 31: 43.0 ( 18 ), 36.0 ( 18 ), 44.5 ( 18 ) - Size 18
BMI 30: 43.0 ( 18 ), 35.5 ( 18 ), 43.5 ( 18 ) - Size 18
BMI 29: 42.0 ( 18 ), 35.0 ( 18 ), 42.5 ( 16 ) - Size 16/18 - Bra 36E
Target - not fixed! Definitely want to be less than 10.5 st and not be any bigger than a size 12. I'll just have to see what I look like/what is manageable. Ideally I would say to be about 9st 5 lbs and a size 10.
