Ok so haven't been following plan for over a month. Been very busy with final exams etc but not having any more excuses no!
Going back to meeting tomorrow so not sure of damage yet :/
Gonna post my diary everyday...

2 x Teaspoon low fat spread: 2

Del Monte smoothie ice cream: 2
Small yellow snack: 2
Pineapple: 0
Skips: 2

Subway chicken teryaki sub: 9
Walkers prawn cocktail: 5

Coffee with dash of milk: 0
Galaxy bubbles orange: 5
Galaxy: 7

33/33 dailies
13/49 weeklies

A lot of choc :-\
Hate working in a shop with it all staring at u lol x

Yeah they are raspberry and they are full size like a shop solero!!
Only 2pp couldnt believe it! There 84 cals so tink im right!? (40 cals normally equals one propoint)
They come in multipacks of 3 xx

ooo found them on WW online tracker they are 3pp so that is amazing!!! im defo getting some!!! it says 3pp for 1 stick (90ml) so should be right ones?

PS: Calypso jubbly's are pointless unless you have more than 1!

The ones that come in the boxes of 3 are 75ml not 90ml and are 2 pp each

Ended going up to eddie rockets after work (10pm) with my friend and went over weeklies by 2.
Gonna eat 2 less tomorrow, maybe get some exercise in and be 100% and I know il still lose x x

Try not to eat less tbh, your body needs the fuel! xx Just get some exercise in - enough to earn 2ap, and they'll make up for the 2 points you went over

I'm fine thanks! I end up saving my points until the end of the day and then I'm not even hungry so have to eat for the sake of eating! Silly tbh, i should really try having bigger breakfasts!

Yeah would be best to have a bigger breakie instead of eating sweets etc x
