They then went and got an ice cream too lol I feel proud. Plus I bumped into my aunt who couldn't believe my weight loss. She last seen me when I was like 3 stone heavier good fri all round.

A Friday treat for my little girl is to pick daddy up from work and go there for lunch today my other half ate everything on the menu(ok not everything) and I sat there with a bottle of water!!!!

I haven't ventured anywhere near McD's since starting this diet, no particular reason other than Mr Lauriel has gone off it. Well done to everyone who has gone in and resisted! Im sure I'll be dragged in at some point by someone, I hope I can be as strong as everyone else!!
