Hey everyone, I'm going to start following the Sw extra easy plan starting tomorrow morning. I have 'done' Sw before and lost over a stone which I haven't regained but I still need to lose another two and a half stone to get to a BMI of 25!
I'm hoping that keeping a diary here will keep me on track and stop me from falling off the wagon!
Any tips or advice will be very welcome!
P.S. I'm not going to a class this time, I have all my books etc from last time.

Day One thus far...

Breakfast (6.30am) - apple, banana

mid-morning - small pot of strawberries and pineapple with muller light yog, Soya Latte (HeA)

Lunch - Jacket potato and baked beans, apple

afternoon snack - curley wurley

Dinner - Home made sw chicken fried rice, curry sauce and stir fry veggies YUM YUM!

Going to try and leave it at that for today! Evenings are however my downfall, but i think i want to try and get out of the habit of eating after 6pm. Haven't used my HeB yet but not sure what to have! Avoiding buying alpen light bars as i'm likely to scoff the whole packet :rolleyes: (We'll see how long that lasts lol)
 
Ok I've decided to use my HeB to have two weetabix with some soya light milk (2syns)

So total syns today Curley wurley 6, soya light 2, sugar 1 tbsp 3 = 11syns
 
Feeling cross this morning. After a day of being 100% I had a mini 'binge'! Unexpected visitors meant I made tea and put out a plate of mini stollen bites and when they left I ate 3! (15 syns) As I had then 'broken' my diet I ate two packets of meanies (8 syns) and a small oatcake (4 syns?) Totally disgusted with myself as only one day in and I obviously have no will power! Have decided to put it behind me and count my syns as 100/week so....
11+15+8+4=38!!!
62 left so roughly 10/day until next Monday!
 
Sorry my one year old just knocked my hand and i pressed send by accident, whoops!
Anyway I was saying I think if I can sort my head out I can do this this time. My problem is that I want to eat everything but particularly things I know are not healthy at all! In m&s this evening and the bread, desserts, crisps, wine, pizzas, pastries etc etc were sooo tempting and I'm only on my second day lol.

I just need to take on Sw as a lifestyle choice, not a diet! The things I've mentioned above are not 'forbidden', they are just things to be eaten on rare occasions and in moderation!

So Day 2 looks like this...
Breakfast - Banana
Mid morning - apple, fruit pot and a muller cherry yog
Lunch - left overs from last nights chicken fried rice
Snack - m&s sushi (1.5??)
Dinner - salad, couscous (1), spiced cod fillet, small blob of salad cream light (2?)
HeA - 1 baby bel light

Have to bath my toddler then off to the library now to do some work for Uni so will TRY to eat no more tonight!
 
Haven't had my HeB today yet so gonna have an alpen light choc and fudge bar and a big mug of tea before bed. mmmm
 
Syns used today 4.5 (57.5 left, I've a bottle of rose wine in the fridge for the weekend 26syns so that is my incentive to not use many more before the weekend lol)
 
Good day today so far again! Feel like I'm starting to get the hang of this now.

Day 4

Breakfast - apple, raspberries, count on us yog.

Mid morning - alpen light bar (1/2 HeB)

Lunch - chicken, couscous (1), salad, apple, yog!

Dinner - egg, beans, Sw chips, tomatoes, bacon (prob not enough super free :/)

All day - coffees with some milk (HeA) and other alpen bar
 
Just realised that 15 x 7 = 105 not 100 so I've 5 more syns than I thought!
So 1 syn used today! 62.5 - 1 = 61.5 left
 
:break_diet:So far so good today but meeting my friend for dinner this evening. We were going to go to pizza express but i thought that would be too tempting for me! (I LOVE pizza) I suggested we go to an indian instead where i can have chicken dhansak (not sure how many syns but i think it 6.5?) with boiled rice and have a nice glass of wine (6) or a beer with it and not be too over my points for the day!

Day 5

breakfast - raspberries, count on us yog, alpen light bar

Lunch - rice and stirfry veg

Snack - banana

Dinner - Indian - Chicken Dhansak with boiled rice and a glass of wine (maybe two :D) = 18.5 syns (leaving 61.5 - 18.5 = 43)
 
Oh dear... Had a bad evening! Think I may have no syns left. Didn't have any wine in restaurant but had half a naan then drank my whole bottle of rosé when I got in! Me and hubby had a lovely wee night, good for our marraige but prob bad for my waistline lol.

Now have 3 three days with no syns, might have to have a word with myself lol. Mondays weigh in will tell a tale!!!
 
Ok I'm back! Worked a 13hr shift yesterday and had two days totally off plan :( Think I need to join an official class. Having a nice roast chicken dinner dinner with potatoes, veg and gravy. So tempted to just say ill just eat what I want until after Christmas but that would be a disaster so just gonna try have more good days than bad til I can get to a class.
