Hello !!

So here goes again ( how many time have I said this) I am getting married in December and I'm just getting bigger and bigger!! I am a terrible binge eater ( it scares me how much I can get through) and I know if I don't get to target for my wedding I will never forgive myself! I also want to try for a family next year and my increasing weight affects polycystic ovary type problems

So here I go again but this time I'm recording the whole journey, I love red days so will stick to that... weighing in tomorrow morning after going out for dinner tonight ( it's like the last meal) I've also been given the go ahead to start to get back in the exercise as I have damaged my knee.

I hope my diary will help me pinpoint where my food issues lie and how I can actively resolve them, I want to healthy so badly.

So I weighed in this morning at 11 stone 5.8 which is not great. I have a target of 2 stone which I would like most of it ( if all ) by early August for a friends wedding.

I came home after work and had lots of chopped up fruit as I find this is the time I tend to binge, this is what I want o stop the most. Even now I know there are m&ms in the. Cupboard which I keep thinking I could eat to get rid of!! But NO!!!

So this is my red day

Breakfast - HEA milk
HEB porridge oats

Snack - apple and necturine

Lunch- salad and seafood selection

Snack - 2 x mullur lights and chopped fruit

Dinner- steak and roasted veg ( in fry light)

Syns will be either glass of wine or hot chocolate
