Slim fast buddy?

Does anyone want to be my slim fast buddy?
I need to have a quick chat about how am feelin etc so just wondered if anyone else fancied one?
I know there are topics on here to chat about etc but it's not the same, I did have one but she changed diets so no longer here from her x

How long have you been doing this? Do you find it hard? I find week days easier than weekends!

Hi Linzi, I'm Liz.
This is my 3rd wk, finding work days easy too, try n make sure I have healthy snacks if I get hungry. Not too bad at wkends but I find I am tempted more, had a few treats but still stuck within 1200 cals as I have done some exercise. I got the myfitnesspal app it's useful x
Ru doin shakes & bars? I have been doin Tesco US choc shakes at wkend then at work a shake for breakfast n a bar for lunch just for a change x

I use my fitness pal too my user name is bramble1 if you want to friend me on there?
I have slimfast shakes and measure up bars which I really like so will buy more of!

The pub is my downfall then when I'm drunk I want to eat takeaways!! So I need to try and stay sober if I want to be really successful!

Ahh yes the pub, I try not to go n have a drink at home then I can just have a few drinks lol x but if I do go I know wot u mean u crave junk food don't u! Dam u lager! Lol

I want to loose a stone, I was 12 stone slowly getting down it! Need to fit in my size 12 cruise gowns lolz! X

Started my 5th week today... really enjoying it actually.

My other half is doing it with me but nothing beats a good girl chat about it - he was very unsympathetic last week with my totm = no weight loss!!
