Hello :)

I've recently had to leave my slimming world class so decided to have a go at calorie counting. I'm quite new to this so to begin with I will be adding old weight watchers points, which are in units of 60kcals so my calorie values might be a tiny bit inaccurate but I'm aiming to move to calculating calories more accurately over the next few weeks. If anyone could help me with calorie values I would be really grateful!

I'll be trying to have about 1500 calories per day (or at least somewhere between 1200 and 1600 calories) and exercising each day (usually this will be a 30 minute run and a dog walk).

Today's meals:


Breakfast: Oatso simple porridge with 10 almonds and 1 tsp of jam - 210kcals // 3.5 points

Lunch: Eggy wholemeal bread with 1 tsp syrup - 270kcals // 4.5 points
Activia 0% - 67kcals // 1 point

Afternoon snack: 5 rolos - 127kcals // 2 points

674 so far

Dinner: 2x tortilla wraps - around 4 points so maybe 240kcals?
Small portion of beans - 150ish kcals
Low fat grated cheddar - 150 kcals
Salad - ?? I have no idea??

Dessert: Strawberries - 120kcals?

40 min dog walk

You would need to have A LOT of strawberries to make it up to 120!! I use an online calorie counter, just type calorie counter into google, there are loads. I personally use the one from About. :)
