I'm Kelly and very new to Slimming World, I only started on Monday. I don't have very much to lose, I've put on around a stone over the last year and would just like to shift it to feel a bit better about myself and just eat a bit healthier. :) But it's also mainly that I am shockingly greedy and when I don't control myself, can pile on weight really easily. Decided on SW after I saw a girl at work doing it and she looks fab now.

I go to Cyprus in July so hopefully can be super slim and toned by then! Thought I'd try keeping a food diary on here too just to keep me motivated! I've just been following EE to start with as it's nice and simple for me and might change it up a bit later on.

Wednesday 15th February - Extra Easy

Breakfast


Raspberry & Cranberry Muller light, 1 peach, 2 Wgrain crackerbread (HEB) with 2 extra light laughing cow (2syns)

Lunch

Large Jacket Potato w/ baked beans and big salad.

Dinner

4 wgrain crackerbread (HEB) w/ ff cottage cheese.

Snacks

Fruit w/ ff natural yogurt, HEA milk in tea throughout the day.

Not a massive appetite today, totally bunged up with a cold and feel very sorry for myself :( At work from 4-9 tonight so don't tend to have a massive dinner, rather have a big lunch instead! Might throw in an alpen light or two depending on if I get peckish through the day.
 
Thursday 16th February - Extra Easy

Breakfast

Chopped grapes & pineapple mixed w/ ff natural yogurt.
Tea w/ milk (HEA)

Lunch

Ham & egg salad sandwich on ww danish brown bread (HEB) w/ one extra light laughing cow (1 syn)
1 plum and 1 peach.

Dinner

Kedgeree made with smoked haddock, white rice and 2 boiled eggs. Cooked the fish in the rest of my HEA milk.

Snacks
Grapes, Muller light and maybe an alpen light (2 syns)
