Im 30 wks and thought its time to start writing down what im eating each day so any advice wud be helpful this is baby num 3 so know how easy it is to gain loads of weight during pregnancy.
7th Feb 2012,
2 eat smart cereal bars, half banana and cuppa tea.
chicken sandwich with 2 slices of 50/50 kingsmill bread.
cereal bar
chicken,pototoes. carrotts peas and gravey
2 cans of diet coke.
small rice crispy bar.
Exercise-1 hr walking wiv stroller.
