Im 30 wks and thought its time to start writing down what im eating each day so any advice wud be helpful :) this is baby num 3 so know how easy it is to gain loads of weight during pregnancy.

7th Feb 2012,

2 eat smart cereal bars, half banana and cuppa tea.

chicken sandwich with 2 slices of 50/50 kingsmill bread.

cereal bar

chicken,pototoes. carrotts peas and gravey
2 cans of diet coke.

small rice crispy bar.
Exercise-1 hr walking wiv stroller.

Wow can't believe how good I was yesterday it really helps writing it down, hoping to have a loss this week got engagment party in 2 wks.
This what im planning to eat today any extras I add on later.
Breakfast
half banana
2 cereal bars, diet coke, fruit juice.

Lunch
Turkey sandwich and cuppa tea.

Dinner
ww shepards pie wiv jacket potatoe and low fat spread.

3 small cookies and cereal bar.
1 hr walking if its not too cold.
