slimming world and exercise

For me personnaly i dont track what calories i burn and what calories i eat. I would just follow the Slimming World plan and do whatever exercise you can fit into your life on top of the plan and this will only benefit in your weight loss. With Slimming World you are not counting the calories that you eat, everything is worked out so you dont need to. I do write everything down that i eat and what exercise i do but i never put the calories burnt down. I have currently lost 11st12.5lbs and it has worked out fine for me so far.
 
Craig - 11st? Thanks absolutely amazing, well done! I totally agree with your post. I don't calorie count I just work on the basis that the more exercise I do on SW the more weight I will lose!

Yeah 11st 12.5lbs, it will be past 12st next weigh in :). Thats what i like about Slimming World, you arent counting calories and because you can more or less eat what you want its now my way of life and how im going to eat for the rest of it :)
