Slimming World Help????

Help?
Ive been having alot of heartache at home and have been following the plan 100%. Ive been doing a red day today and felt like a drink this evening so having 1 175ml glass of rose Echo Falls, feel a little guilty for it as I rarely use my syns.
Is this normal???

You have to use your syns or you won't lose weight as quickly. Weird but true
