Hello! Just looking for a bit of advice really.
In September, I'm going to Marmaris for a weeks holiday, and would like to stay as SW friendly (food-wise) as possible! I will no doubt be indulging in lots of alcohol whilst on holiday, but would like to try and make the best choices possible when it comes to food. So, what type of things should I go for?
We are self catering if that helps. And our apartment will have a fridge. I am already thinking that I will pop down to the local supermarket when we arrive and stock up on plenty of fresh fruit for breakfasts. I eat fruit for my breakfast at home, so this won't be a problem.
With regards to lunch and dinner, what are the best kind of things to go for? Obviously I am thinking lots of salad and lean meats etc. But are there any turkish dishes which are known to be quite low in Syns? Anything else anyone can recommend?
I have about 10 weeks left before I go, so plenty of time. Just thought I'd start gathering ideas. Thanks in advance!
