Hello everybody. I lost 3 lbs in the two weeks prior to Friday but I hated calorie counting so I joined Slimming World's Extra Easy Plan on Friday
I wanted to share with you all my diary so far to make sure I'm on track and doing it right. This week my daughters sports day has fallen on weigh in day so I am attending the group Thursday evening to make up for it
