:flirt2:Hi this is the start of my slimming world diary.Any tips or advice welcome :).Over the last year i have put on 2 stones,:eek:My aim is to lose this by summer:D.

Breakfast cornflakes
apple

lunch beans wholemeal toast grapes

dinner chicken,slimming word chips salad

mullerlite yog syn 1/2
 
Just read & re-read the books, stick to plan & you will do it!
I write a weekly menu & only buy the ingredients that I need, that way you don't get diverted.
Keep a food diary to show the consultant, they will tell you if you are doing anything wrong.
There are thousands of recipes on this forum, mine can be obtained by following the link below, the Index is on page 74.

Its easy to get it wrong and not realise... Not that you have so far. Throw out the cornflakes though and substitute with bran flakes or all bran.

Which plan are you following?
In this example the cornflakes would be synned, how many depends on how much you had.
Lunch sounds good although it might be better for your losses to have some super free with your meal rather than after it. I often mix tinned tomatoes and baked beans to have on toast to get my super free in.
Dinner sounds good also.

Did you use your healthy extra a? (Guessing you would have had milk on your cereal but this isn't clear)
Also aim to have at least 5syns per day, you are fine here as your cornflakes will be synned but you only marked the yog, if that was the case then 1/2 syn for the day really isn't enough. Cutting back syns won't speed up losses, if anything it will more likely slow them down.

Anyone any low syn choclate ideas

I go with curly wurlys in fridge so take time to chew and finger of fudge there about 6 syns each.
But when I want a chocolate fix I'm happy with the aldi cereal bars (70cal ones) they do chocolate orange and 2 is a hexb

Although Easter has just passed, I kept back a stock of mini eggs as you can have 4/5 for about 3.5 syns. Normally have them with a hot chocolate for 2 syns and it's an instant chocolate fix :)!
