Slimming world syn calculator

Ok I'm usually good with things like that but the calculator confuses the life outta me. I take it when I use the 100g grid the syns given are for the whole packet?? Help please xx

Ps excuse me stupidity lol

You use the 100g if the nutritional info is for 100g, if it isn't you have to put in the weight the nutritional information is for.
