Hi a couple of weeks ago I posted a thread last attempt at Slimming World and I'm so glad I did as I had a bit of a reality check as other MM members made me realise I needed to give it a chance and stop swapping from sw to CC constantly. Well two weeks in and I'm 3lbs lighter feel much more healthier and better in general I've stuck with sw 100% and said to myself whatever the result I will be more patient and I will get to where I want to be however long it may take . So if there is anyone else who feels the same as I did I'd advise you to give it a go and stick with it you will get there . I will be honest and said that there are a few things I've learned the past couple of week like I can't eat too many carbs especially pasta or too much bread but I'm fine with this as I have more veg and fruit to fill me up plus I like red better as I can have 2 healthy extras and this time of year am eating more salads with fish or cold meat or both ! Good luck everyone just wanted to share this with you especially if it helps anyone that like me wants /wanted a quick fix unfortunately I don't think it exists and believe me I've tried them all usually to gain all I lost in the first place and more . Dont think this will happen with sw as it's a change of lifestyle more than a diet Happy days !x
