Hiya, I'm new to slimming world and doing it at home from the books
i've been following it for three days and just wondered in i have been doing it right, today I have had

Breakfast: Two weetabix - dash of semi skimmed milk and a banana

Lunch: Two small Jacket potatoes with beans, carrots and a slice of ham

Not yet had dinner
Would be great if someone could let me know if i'm doing it right
Im on extra easy :):)
 
You can eat a lot more than this!
Looks like an Extra easy day.
You need to fill 1/3 of your plate with super free to satisfy your appetite.
Chose 1 'A' and 1 'B' from the healthy extra lists ONCE a day.
Plan your menu and your food shop, and use the magazine to help you.
Carefully count your syns 5-15 a day.

To protect your weight loss measure ur milk in the mornin as u will be surprised how much a few "dashes" of milk here and there add upto. And if u only use half the milk allowance u can have half an A option of cheese on your jacket potato :)
