I wana hear from anyone who's lives have changed due to the fab SW! I started a very unhappy selfless ashamed overweight person a year ago.
My new target is now in sight (3st), and I couldnt be happier, confident, have such high self esteem anda fab new wardrobe to boot!
All of this is to the thanks of SW and the great support of Image Therapy, having the willpower to stay to group each week, good or bad and being there for others who need inspiring and being inspired by others when I needed it.
My new group opens in January 2012, I want to reach out and help those like me and help realise their dreams, YOU can achieve just believe YOU can and come join us x
