Small Sausage Roll?

Hi all,

Anyone able to tell me what a small sausage roll would be in syn values?

A cold ready to eat one (like from a multipack from a supermarket?)

Its from Lidl if that helps!

If you have the packet it should tell you the calorie content and you can work it out using the 1 syn per 20 calories rule.
