Hiiiii everyone!
Well as you can see i'm not so new to minimins, bit of a posting geek, however! i am new to calorie counting, well will be once i've gone on a nice little holiday to Devon on Saturday!
After looking around i decided to make the change from WW to CC as i feel that i just need something new to give me that extra boost to lose my final little bit, though i would like to take it further to 10st 7lbs/10st etc I found when i started WW i was really motivated because it was something new and i wanted to keep at it, however after more than a year, it's lost it's appeal a tiny bit, although i'm majorly grateful to WW for losing almost 5 stone over the year, i just am losing interest now as it's so natural and has become the norm of my life!
So here i am, I usually WI of a Friday, and will do this Friday 1st Oct as usual, however then i'm on my hols until next Friday, so won't be weighing in that week till sat/sun ... i will expect a gain as i'm only human and it's my holiday! However i am going to try and be as good as i can when picking what to eat etc, and booze
I haven't a clue how many calories to be on, i was on 20 points with WW and i used some of the websites people have suggested on here in various places and it turns out i should be on around 1900, as that's what i burn then i'm asleep?? did the whole BMR? and then x 1.2 ... as i don't work atm so sitting at home, and exercise gone out the window for now, until i throw myself into swimming again! (btw how many calories on average does this burn anyone know please? i usually do 6hrs of it in 3 days (including aquatone!) thankyou )
erm so yeah 1900, 500 a day less to lose, makes 1400, however because i want a little push going to say as long as i'm inbetween 1000-1300 with calories i'm happy!
anyone break up the cals for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks?
Was thinking, 200 breakfast, 300 lunch, 600 dinner, then 100 snacks? .. this sound about right? 1200 in total?
anyway rambling on now, as i usually do at this time of the morning hehe, hope everyone is doing well! and good luck with your week ahead i'll be around until Friday to see what everyone is up to and try and get an idea of the right things to have for the cals involved etc, any help would be amazing!!! i know a few faces round here so can't wait to meet you all xxx
