Smoked mackerel

Hello can anyone help me please im hoping to have scrambled egg and smoked mackerel for breakfast tomorrow morning, is smoked mackerel free on extra easy? I know unsmoked peppered mackerel is so not sure if smoked would be any different.

Smoked mackerel isn't free and the syns for when I've looked it up in the past it seems to vary quite a bit depending on where it is from. Post which one you have and I'm sure somebody will be able to find out the syns for you
