I have searched and searched and still cannot find the syn value for Snack a jacks - 22g packs (Sour Cream & Chive).

My book says 'chocoloate delight, all varieties, each = 3.0'

is this them?

Eat these, these are MUCH nicer than snack a jacks and taste like proper crisps, i like the salt and vinegar ones the best. The thai chilli are HOT, too hot for me.
The thai chilli and cheese ones you can get in TESCO in a muti-pack, but i can only find the salt and vinegar ones indervidually on the plastic hangers they have randomly around the shop............which they move every week....... uses up at least 4 syns looking for them lol...
