Snack a Jacks - help?

Hi,

Can someone please tell me what the syn value is of Salt and Vinegar snack a jacks? I really want some crisps but am looking for something that won't take ALL my syns up

I think I'm right in saying all savoury snackajacks in 22g multipack bags are 4.5 syns per bag
