Please don't give up. It could be as you had such a big loss in week one that that's the reason why you had a small gain in the second week. The way I would look at is that you've lost 6lbs in two weeks which is fantastic!

Hi there. I lost 8 and a half pounds my first week and lost nothing the second but lost 6 and a alf the week after. I'm more patient now. Stick with it you'll do great.
