Hello! :D

I have been on here, and on Slimming World before, but after a particularly naughty hen weekend (where I felt fat and frumpy throughout!) I have decided to rejoin, start fresh, and focus - as I haven't been very sucessful for a long time and I think that's mainly down to complacency and not being as strict with myself as I was at the start.

I'm going to try to keep a food diary everyday. I really want to lose some weight and feel better about myself for a holiday at the end of August and a friend's wedding in September - I'm fed up of my weight holding me back!

I joined the gym a couple of months back and am trying to go before work each day.

My Slimming World class in on a Wednesday evening - so that will be when I update my weekly results.

So here goes….

Yesterday I had:

Breakfast: - Banana

Lunch: - Ham and Cheese ommlette (HEXA) and a Kiwi

Dinner: - Shepherd's Pie and Veg

Snack: - Pineapple and Kiwi

Drinks: - Water, Sugar Free Cordial

Syns: - 0

HEXA: - 30g Cheese
HEXB: - Nothing

Exercise: - nothing!
 
Breakfast: - Banana and strawberries

Lunch: - home made hummus, carrot, apple, cucumber and pepper sticks. Grapefruit.

Dinner: - spaghetti, chilli, garlic, olive oil (HEXB) Parmesan (HEXA)

Snack: - 50g tesco nut granola (12.5), milk (HEXA) strawberries and apple

Drinks: - Water, Sugar Free Cordial

Syns: - 12.5

HEXA: - cheese, milk
HEXB: - Olive oil

Exercise: - 30 mins weights at gym, 2.5 mile walk.
 
Weigh in today, maintain, not too upset about that considering the hen weekend!

Breakfast: - Strawberries

Lunch: - home made hummus, carrot, apple, cucumber and pepper sticks.

Dinner: - bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes

Snack: - Apple turnover 12.5 syns

Drinks: - Water, Sugar Free Cordial, tea and coffee (HEXA)

Syns: - 12.5

HEXA: - milk
HEXB: -

Exercise: - 20 mins gym
 
Yesterday:

Breakfast: - Banana and muller lite

Lunch: - pasta with veg roasted in fry light and passata, banana

Dinner: - pork loin, egg, beans, tomatoes

Snack: - buttons desert 12.5 Ryvita fruit (HEXB)

Drinks: - Water, Sugar Free Cordial, tea, coffee

Syns: - 12.5

HEXA: - milk
HEXB: - Ryvita

Exercise: - none
