Weighed myself after a DOWN day and had put on a few pounds? I went swimming for 45 mins and consumed 460 calories. I nearly burst into tears. My official weigh in is on sat so hope to have adjusted. I'm not gonna give up.
 
no babes don't give up,it could be simple water retention,i know it's hard not to blow out
however it will be worth it,honest,hang in there.

I think Juddd is very individual , I have never gained after a DD but then I always gain after an Up , others can lose after an UP and gain after a DD etc etc, we all seem to follow our own pattern, it must be a water gain as you can't have gained fat after an UP day, did you drink plenty?? Hang on in there until your official weigh in hun xx
 
Don't worry!!! I put on after DDs sometimes and lose after UDs!! Everyone seems to be very different on juddd, stick at it and see what ur WI brings :) xxx
