So hungry!

I've been on atkins for about 3 weeks now, and it's been going fine. But for some reason, today I am really really hungry. It's not cravings, it's actual hunger, and nothing I eat seems to fill me up for more than about 10 minutes! Does anyone have any advice?
 
I read somewhere that the body can signal hunger because it is short of one particular nutrient and keeps on going until that need is filled. Don't know how true that is but if you have a multivitamin supplement it mightbe worth taking. Otherwise, go with it (legally) - it's obvious that you are listening to your body which sometimes gets ignored in the chaos of eating the 'wrong' foods
 
Eat something fatty, it helps to reduce the hunger cravings Rebecca.
 
Yes or water! It always helps me.
 
i was told that if you dont drink enough water you brain tells your stomache your hungry but when actually its dehydrated,not that i can really comment on this as i dont drink no where near enough water lol.x
