No, they have high salt content,contain sugar and flour.

I've got just the bags and cook ALL my chicken in them, that way you can add your own dukan friendly ingredients!

I bought the season and shake as they were 49p in Tesco last week. And as zoestar said.. I just use the bags and leave the seasoning in the cupboard. They're full of sugar so stay away if u can. Can you buy the bags on their own zoe???

Yeah but im not sure where from, my nan brings them over from Hungary. They sell them on ebay but im not sure whether u can get them in supermarkets or not
