I read it was Ok to have soda water on 100% and have been enjoying a glass or 2 a day (pretend it's wine and have in a big wine glass, yea weird I know
. I have only been drinking it for the last week and had the lowest weight loss so far. Could it be because of the soda water? Is it definitely allowed or is it just sparkling water allowed?
