Hi all,
I see those on sole source on the threads seem to be saying that the diet is 400 cals a day or so. My CPC didn't say what phase im on but just said that im starting on the strictest phase e.g. only shakes or soup packs 3 times a day with water. Out of all the packs i was offered they are all exactly 200 calories meaning im on 600. Can anyone explain exactly what sole source (or whatever the strictest phase is) should amount to in calories (for someone under 5.8)?
