Sore throat

Woke up with sore throat this morn, is there anything I can take for it?

Email the howard foundation - they are pretty quick at getting back to you! As far as I know any medicine that is okay for diabetics is okay but I would check

Some times I wake up with a sore throat but it gradually goes ways

Will do and I will post the reply here. Had felt sore throat coming on from yesterday, am grand drinking the shakes but its bot sore where slugging from the bottle of water. Thx Oxally

hey guys
gargle with salty warm water,you can also gargle with disparene(cant spell)just dont swallow worked for me last week (salty water)hope you both feel better xjx

I know in previous forums they have suggested taking diabetic lozengers.. perhaps if you go do your chemist they may be able to help you out as well?

I had this just before i got ill and if you stick the listerine strips to the top of your mouth it helps xx Wierd but true lol

gargle with salt water hun -it works. hope you feel better soon

Ok official reply from lipotrim is that you can 'You can gargle with TCP or take Nurofen or Paracetamol (but non soluable'
