I think I read in the other post that you had started atkins, so yes you can have fried onions but not a lot they do contain some carbs - some other nice person will come along and tell you the carb content - Im no good a weighing anything
I was faffing about on SW for months gaining and losing the same 7 lbs - I just cannot eat that much carbs and lose weight, atkins is way easier with better results for me
Thanks guys ive messed with that same 7lbs at slimming world for what seems like forever lol x I went to morrisons yesterday for a salad for lunch and the the dried fried onion things looked yum, bit like a crisp supplement. Not too sure if i described it well enough before lol
I have noticed your really need to keep an eye on the carb content of food/drink. I have been drinking 'Volvic - Touch of strawberry' and fancied a change and got the peach one... Which contained 4.8 g per 100ml! I had a swig and luckily checked it
