Hi All I started SW on 18th April, weighing in at 10stone 5lb. The first week I stayed the same but was told this is fairly normal. 2nd week I lost 3lb - Woohoo
:)
I was to get down to about 8St 5lb. :eek:

I've been writing the food sheet each week but as that is handed in to Group Leader I thought it may be useful to keep a record on here to look back at and work out what works well for me.

Todays Menu

Breakfast (usually same every day) 35g Porridge (HexB) Skimmed Milk (HexA) with Strawberries Blueberries & Banana
Lunch Pasta N Sauce with Salad (Lettuce Toms Cue & Sweetcorn); Cranberry & Yoghurt HiFi Bar 3 syns
Dinner Chicken Breast with cajun spices, Roasted Butternut Squash, Mixed salad and Tesco light choices ceasar dressing 1/2 syn mullerlight yoghurt with strawberries, grapes, pineapple & melon.

Dinner Roast Chicken Roasted Butternut Squash Cauliflowere, Broccoli, Roasted Carrots & Parsnips, Brussel Sprouts. Strawberries & a small scoop of Light ice cream 1.5 syns
