Hi

Can your veggies be blitzed up to make a soup? i know when i done slimming world that you were not allowed to do this as your body digests it too fast but not sure about Dukan?

There are soup recipes in the book so I would assume that it would be okay.

Yes, but we're not meant to have veg only meals. But good as a starter or add some chunks of meat.
