Hi Folks,
On this a week, and not finding it too difficult so far!
I'm just wondering if i make my own soup using stock and syn free veggies, is it free on extra easy, or do i have to syn it because it's blended?

Totally free. It's only fruit that you have to syn if you blend/mush/cook it. Don't forget you can also add beans & pulses to 'bulk' it out. Enjoy

Homemade soup is fab but be aware that shop bought - fresh and tinned are very high in syns for what they are, if you can't make your own/need the convenience of tinned use a HexB on one listed in your book.
