South Costa Blanca, Spain - FREE fitness class

Hi all

Just thought I would post for anyone who wanted to do some aerobics type workout.

If you live in the Playa Flamenca (Orihuela Costa) area. On Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10.00 finishing 10.45 (ish) near the beach, on the new prom, outside Den Engel, Surfers bar. There is an aerobics class.

It is free. Interchangable between 2 teachers (they speak Spanish) but I just follow the moves - there are a lot of us English there, plus lots from other countries.

Have been going for a few weeks now, very good and enjoyable, especially now the weather has got much warmer.

Due to Easter no exercise on the beach for 2 weeks.
