Am planning ahead for wee tipple tonite... How many pp in a southern comfort (medium measure) and low cal Ginger ale?

A regular pub measure of whisky comes back as 2 points and ginger ale is a point per 250 ml, however various makes of low calorie ginger ale come back as 0 points for 250ml.

Hope this helps, as southern comfort itself is not in the weight watchers online track, but it is a whisky so should be ok.

I believe a normal pub measure is usually 25ml i'm afraid hehe x
