I half understand it.
Fill half your plate with protein (meat, eggs, quark, cottage cheese etc) fill half the plate with speed (most veg/fruit.
So what about snacks? Do they have to be speed and protein.

Syns can be anything?
What if I want a free food? Like a yogurt.

This is what I am thinking of for a sp day.

Breakfast
Eggs, Low fat quorn sausage, mushroom, tomato and pepper. Sandwich thins (b) Fruit bowl (melon, Apple) Sauce (1syn)
Lunch
Cauliflower rice with pepper, courgette, chilli, flavours with prawns and chicken.
Dinner
Mixed salad, dressing (1syn) butternut squash, brocolli, salmon.
Snacks
Almond milk (a choice) mini twister (2) fruit to snack on.

Then 11syns available to eat as I please depending on what I feel like.

Is that extra easy sp?
