Sp or ee when going out for a Chinese?!

Hi all :)

Hoping for a bit of advice!

I normally do sp days, I just prefer them and don't feel so bloated as I do on ee

Anyway, tomorrow night we are going out to a Chinese buffet, I'm going g to be a bit flexible but not go mental, so my question is..... Am I better of doing a ee day as I will be eating noodles and rice or sticking with with sp?

I'd do EE personall. I find SP too restrictive on the best of day, can't imagine having to do it as a chinese buffet!
 
EE for every day stuff, and SP only when I need boost my losses.
