Spag bol?

Im making Spag Bol for the family and I this evening. But I'd still like to log it on my fitness pal. What's the easiest and most precise way to do this? As there's no way of knowing exactly how much of the ingredients I use will end up on my plate. obviously I can weigh my spaghetti, but confused about the bolognese part.
 
I'd do it similar to the way recipe builder works.

So if the recipe is for 4 people and you use 500g mince, then log 125g for yourself. I know it's not entirely accurate but is probably as near as you'll get.

I also tend to be over generous if the recipe is going 4 ways but shared with children, adults always get larger potions!
