Today was Day 1 - I didn't go to class until 5.30pm so I kinda guessed haha!

Chicken breast
roast potatoes
roast butternut squash
carrots

I have missed my HEXs as I didn't know about them. Will fit them in tomorrow!

Been on a training weekend with provided food so I haven't done brilliantly with superfree and syns. Hoping damage control will work in time for Thursday!

No kiwi - had grapes instead! Though may have to reach for the fruit bowl later as Im already peckish after eating dinner early!

There was so much spag bol that I have actually managed to get two meals out of it - other meals for this week stir fry, burgers & curry. Can't remember anymore!
 
Had a slice of birthday cake last night. Im surprised I lasted so long. Was so good making it as well. Also had 2 boiled eggs.

Haven't been great, AT ALL this weekend. Blegh. Skipped breakfast and had brunch, was busy cleaning.

Drink have been diet coke all day, trying to stop myself from feeling so hungry. Will go back to water tomorrow so Im not full of gas! Also will be snacking on fruit tonight during Game of Thrones =]

9 syns used today on food bits and bobs, better than on chocolate I suppose! Can't believe I've not had any in 12 days!

I think I may syn up a bar and have it after weigh in on Thursday. It's going to be weird to have syns to play with, instead of using them on what I have to!
