Omg anyone seen the new Special K cracker crisps sour creme and onion! Only 95 calories per 23g serving approx 20 crisps wonder what the deadly syns are like tho? Hmmm

For Foods with no free foods allowances (so bread, crackers, crisps, collates, ice cream, alcohol etc etc) the rule is 1 syn per 20 calories

So as these are 95cals they'll be 5 syns.

For 20 crisps at 5 syns il not complain and their lovely
