hi does anyone know what dried herbs and spices you can use say on chicken and fish?? Im sure I have seen people say what they have used but 1 i cant fine them now and 2 would like to know if they are ok??
To be honest most things are fine. Just check that there's no added sugar or anything. One thing to be careful of is packs of spice mixes (like bags to add food to) as some of these are very high in calories and/or carbs.
