Hi there been to class this evening a a lady said that the trifle sponge fingers are only 1.0 syn a finger can anyone else confirm this for me please cos this could quite possibly solve all my bikkie problems. thank you.

Depends on the brand I suppose. If you look at the calories it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.
