Spray Oils

Hi does anyone know if this Oil Spray is any good. I can't make out the details, but its on offer next week at Aldi.

I'm thinking it would be good to keep in the cupboard. I've been using a spray thats a spicy coconut oil, mainly because a few sprays is still less than teaspoon of veg oil.

I read that as local rather than lo-cal...I'm thinking, "I never knew there were regional sprays". *blonde moment*

LOL, that would have been me too, didn't even click when i read it that it could mean two things.

I will be having a look at the sprays on Thursday.

I need to try and get my shopping sorted though, I have spent far too much money this last two weeks sorting out for dukan, my housekeeping can't afford this in the long run.
